What is your rate?
Session fees are $190 for each 45-minute session.  Please see information related to The No Surprises Act.

How do I pay for sessions?
I accept cash, checks, credit cards, or PayPal payments.  You will be provided with an invoice after each session and you can pay electronically, mail a payment to the office, or bring payment to the next session.

Do you take insurance?
I am considered an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance companies directly.  If you have an out-of-network provision that allows you to get reimbursed for out of pocket mental health care services, I will provide you with a monthly superbill that you can submit directly to your insurance company.  A superbill contains a mental health diagnosis as well as appropriate CPT codes describing services rendered.  If you do have an out-of-network provision, please contact your insurance company directly to ask about the procedure you will need to follow in order to submit for reimbursement.  You may also want to ask if any mental health services/CPT codes are excluded.  

Where are you located?
Currently, I am only conducting sessions virtually.  I use a HIPAA friendly, easy to navigate, telehealth platform.
